My goal is to Gain lean mass to be at the top of the next weight class up for my next competition.
Goal (Long):
Growing up I have always seen the guys in magazines and on the beach ripped up and have always wanted to be that guy, so here I am now trying to achieve the body that people are jealous of and wish they had the discipline to have a great body. My goal now is to keep dieting and training hard to compete in 2 NPC comps. this fall. I want to make bantamweight 143 and my goal is to be the most sickly ripped guy up on stage. After theses competitions I will know what I have to work on for the spring and get back into the gym and and hope to compete in the spring at lightweight 153. I want to continue a life long of improving and competing.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
3%
Upcoming Contest:
Belding Natural and NPC Western Michigan National Comp.

Thanks for the comment. My training is getting a little frustrating just now - gotta relocate my gym and adjust to a lower quality environment. I'm 9 weeks out from tomorrow (two months from next Monday) so I'm more worried about getting the money to enter the show than anything else. Best of luck in your upcoming show.
Hey - you are looking great - esp the tri shot and back shot. You are probably too obsessed about how to eat. I picked up Arnold's encyclopedia, and he takes a bit more balanced view. You can addd some more carbs the last couple days, but not that extreme! I'm with you on the anxiiousness about first comp tho - I keep telling myself that getting on stage is a big enough victory for stgarters! You will do fine. Gary
have fun. I try to flex one muscle at a time. so like when i would do front db bycep I would start by flexing my thigh them abbs and up. that way I wouldnt forget to flex something. good luck.
