How I Started:
A Buddy drug my skinny ass to the gym my first week of college.At first i complained (only because i was very week, and was not having a good time) eventually i had some progress, and have been hooked ever since.
Why I Love It:
It Makes me fell GREAT! Not only is it my passion, it is my carrer as well now. I think that you can incorporate so many things into your workout, strength training, Group fitness, running, some sports as well.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to find new ways to keep it fresh, and fun!! that's what it is all about

I have made some good gains in the past, but some recent academic achievements have been my major success

Where do you mainly workout?
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
I get the modavation at the gym that i dont think i could find at a home gym.
What bicep workout has worked best for you?
I have found that good old fasion bicept curls work great for me.
What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Most deffenitly the best tricept workout has been yhe traditional EZ bar overhead ext.
