Overall Goal: My goal is to lose 55 pounds, that would put me back at my weight that I was at just under two years ago (160) well I was 150-155 but this time if... I mean when I reach my goal I want to have more definition and a little more muscle.

Goal (Long):
Well for now this is short, like I said I want to get back to what I looked like before but, this time with a little more muscle and definition. I was in shape when I was working, I was in shape when I was coming out of my deployment however, now that im just going to school and looking for law enforcement work in this falling economy I’ve fallen badly out of shape. You would think that since all I do is go to school I would be going to the gym everyday all day but it just is not so… mainly because I lack the motivation I once had. I think another reason was that in the ARMY I was never short of a work out partner; being back home, I couldn’t find a work out partner to save my life. I have a gym membership at the local gym (GB3) which is located about just 2 miles from my home. My goal is to look good with out a shirt; heck looking good in a shirt would be fine with me at this point. I want to have great definition in my arms, back, chest, abs and well...I guess all over LOL.
I'm doing a lot of weight training with cardio intervals. The usual :) Let me know if you meet your goal or not! Good luck, I'm sure you'll do great :)
not too much... got to the markey today. had my last cheat before comp diet tightens in. fresh apple fritter :) sooo worth the cheat. haha. now I am zonked and goin to bed...... have a great wknd :)
You know, your progress might not seem that great to you... but other people notice it. You obviously have more motivation than you give yourself credit for.
lol,well if anyone knows about self discipline (or lack of) it's me! I worked out for a looooong time with not much diet direction..You'll get back on track just make a short term goal, and everytime u want to slip off the eating plan or working out, think about your goal! That's what I've done, so far so good...I know easier said than done haha..have a great productive day
this week i have to make myself my biggest priorty..i let work stress and some friends over take me last week..and it got me no place positive..so i am hoping this week keeps me more focused on what i need..hope ur week is starting awesome!!

I know right...just shoot me now...lol. HE is like DrJeykl and Mr Hyde in a diaper!!! He weighs 36 lbs so atleast my arms will be good from carrying him around 24-7..lol.
