How I Started:
When I was about 13 my freind was really into weightlifting and he was a year older and was ripped to shreds, and was super strong, I wanted to lose weight since I was overweight like crazy so I started jogging and lifting weights and seen crazy results. Ive always been a big guy with a big frame and never had trouble gaining muscle. Ive always been off and on with the weights
Why I Love It:
I love changing my body. I can lift weights for about an hour a day and see results immediatly. I was blessed with great genetics
How I Stay Motivated:
My freinds sometimes workout so I go about 10x harder to stay ontop or I try to be better at it then them

Goal (Long):
I am currently 6'2 and weigh 265. A year ago I was 210 and looking amazing. I was taking some medication that cause weight gain and while I was on them I was fortunate enough to lift weights and gain about 15-20 pounds of muscle onto my frame. I just want to get rid of the fat and build up some more muscle.
