Started training to get stronger for football season!
Why I Love It:
Just love the feeling after a great workout. I just keep trying to build my body better every year. Trying for the perfect size and symetry.
How I Stay Motivated:
Have great group of friends who all workout so my training partners vary from week to week. I love going to shows with trainees and see them win their divisions.
BB Accomplishments:
Northern Ontario Middleweight bodybuilding champion! Helped train men and women to compete in Natural Bodybuilding shows.
