Legs are coming along well. 4 months ago my thighs were actually a tiny bit smaller than my wifes which is REALLY sad (she was 5'7 125ish then) I've got 3+ inches on her now, they've grown quite a bit. Calves are coming along slower than I'd like tho.

This is all new now...the most I ever weighed before was around 160 for a few months in my early 20's. I don't mind weighing myself daily...I always do it just before bed. I track my calories quite religiously also so between the two I know if I'm on track. Cheers!

Thanks for the add....sorry...I can't give any advice on losing fat. I've always been super skinny....have added a little bit of fat recently but haven't had any experience losing any yet.

Getting close....it amazes me how much my weight can fluctuate in one day. A couple weeks ago I saw 168 in the morning and 176 at night. What weight are you shooting for right now?

Consistency has always been a weak point for me as well. (With everything in life) I can be EXTREMELY focused on something for a period of time and then change or lose my focus. My diet is pretty clean...right now 4500-4600 calories/day. Feel free to ask for more details if you want. Best of luck with your goals!

Thanks...I've been able to put on some weight pretty quick without too much fat (more than I'd like tho) Need to start focusing on my arms and calves more now.....both are a little behind.

Hey thanks! My gains stalled for about a month at 160lbs and 3800calories/day. I upped them to 4500/day....hopefully I continue gaining for a bit because this is about the max I want to have to continue eating at. Cheers! Josh
