How I Started:
i played football all my life so working out is in my blood. this is the first time that i really wanted to see not only mass but cut as well.
Why I Love It:
I have been told that I have the frame to build on only if I just did it the right way. When I started to really work out I started to see what all the talk is about. The blood flowing, heart racing and seeing my body changing slowly in front of me. Soon after that i got hooked.

I have been slacking with my work outs for the past two weeks. i got sick and then my friend is getting shipped out so i was hanging out with him last week before he leaves. Not only that, i have combine for football this weekend so im running as much as i can.
