How I Started: I started when a i was 17years old and i did bodybuilding 4 about a year, then i started doing basketball and squash etc. And now 7 years later i want to start doing bodybuilding again.
Why I Love It: It's healthy, your body looks good, its incredible the feeling of being strong, and the girls love it.
How I Stay Motivated: Reading a lot of new info in bodybuilding, and meeting new people who lives a healthy life.!!I really want to be BBBIIGGG!!, I think i got some good base to work with.

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Right shoulder, but i was injured only 4 a month, i hate it because i couldnt do anything, only rest rest and more rest:(

I do weighted side bends, side extensions on the back extension bench, and hanging leg side leg raises...but I don't know if I'm the right guy to ask! HAHAHAHA! I think it's mostly diet though and intense cardio...before breakfast.
