How I Started:
I started when a i was 17years old and i did bodybuilding 4 about a year, then i started doing basketball and squash etc. And now 7 years later i want to start doing bodybuilding again.
Why I Love It:
It's healthy, your body looks good, its incredible the feeling of being strong, and the girls love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading a lot of new info in bodybuilding, and meeting new people who lives a healthy life.!!I really want to be BBBIIGGG!!, I think i got some good base to work with.
It´´s been 3 weeks since i meet Herbalife Company, it has been great working with them, it give more time for training and also it´s a great way to improve other people´s lives.
Now it´s time to improve my self Physically and Mentally , !!LET´S GET IT ON!!!

hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!
Thanks bro. One thing about Tom Platz is that he always had great legs. His training was not focused on size as he already had that. Not many benefit from his training.
