How I Started:
I started when a i was 17years old and i did bodybuilding 4 about a year, then i started doing basketball and squash etc. And now 7 years later i want to start doing bodybuilding again.
Why I Love It:
It's healthy, your body looks good, its incredible the feeling of being strong, and the girls love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading a lot of new info in bodybuilding, and meeting new people who lives a healthy life.!!I really want to be BBBIIGGG!!, I think i got some good base to work with.
Right now im doing some nice social work in a school near my house, and i have been doing some chin-up's with students from 6 to eleven grade and with a greatfriend the profesor filiberto, it reminds me when i used to exercise when i was in school, and also reminds me of what people say:...
I always believe that and incredible strategy for growing is to keep your muscles guessing, but in order to do that you have to know how your body works and what are its needs.
This first month im going to do the following:
Monday: Chest,triceps,(each one)3 exercises x 3 series x...
Whens the tri? how's training going? here pretty well, get to workout with an old training partner later this month should be fun, will get to spare and lift, looking for it to be an intense weekend! HAve a good one.

I do weighted side bends, side extensions on the back extension bench, and hanging leg side leg raises...but I don't know if I'm the right guy to ask! HAHAHAHA! I think it's mostly diet though and intense cardio...before breakfast.
