How I Started:
After my 1st child ,just dieting wasn't cutting it.So I started with a trainer.I did bodybuilding for 4yrs and then got pregnant with#2 17 months later #3 Now I want the bodybuilding physique back
Why I Love It:
It's my stress reliever. The only time of the day thats all mine.I love being able to change my body thru hard work and dicipline I love the feeling of being able to take my body back after 3 kids

Goal (Long):
I don't want to settle for being average.I look good ,but I want to look amazing like the women I see on bodyspace or in Oxygen.I've done a couple of shows placing in the top 5 but I want to place 1st in the next show .Iwant to see Great abs and really great capped off Delts. The butt could use a bit of work as well.By March I would like to achieve these goals and be ready for next seasons competition schedule.
