My goal is to stop making excuses I know how I want to look and feel. I want to lose weight and feel better in my clothes. I want to inspire people.
Goal (Long):
I want to loose weight and start a healthy lifestye for my 3 children and myself. I don't want them to have to be in my situation. I want to gain muscle definition and also display six pack stomach. Fit mom. I am an oxygen magazine fan. I want to have a body like that. I want to show everyone that it can be done. I love to exercise but I never make or take the time for myself. I want to feel better about myself so I can show people exactly how I feel. I want glow with confidence. FOr the remainder of the year I want to focus on my body image and make it some that I am even more proud of.
This morning I got out of bed and hit the floor. I did the cindy mini. I did 7 sets in 10 minutes. It was 5 sit ups 10 push ups and 15 squats. It was not easy. It originally call for 5 pull ups but I have nothing to do that one so I modified it. I am so excited I got up and...
Hey lady, my workouts are going great, my eating is off sometimes now, but trying to keep it in check. I want to break the 200# mark by christmas eve. Wish me luck!

Hang in there girl, u can do it! Make sure to buy and pack healthy snacks so when ur on the to ur not tempted to eat unhealthy. I know it takes time to get your program together, just take it one day at a time... Don't forget to drink ur water! Have a great day... Brandi
The trip wasn't a vacation. It was work. Have you sticking to your diet and exercise program? Getting to the gym? Be strong for Thanksgiving, and have a good one yourself.
i understand because i felt the same way. but u know what? it keeps me motivated to eat right and eversice daily and just do my best every day. Plus, i know that it motivates others . . . I know what it is like 2 be the fat girl and all its misery so i dont mind sharing.
