well i love to workout because the pain you feel when you are doing it is amazing you can feel how your muscles are working it is great to workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
well i really would like to have somebody that could tell me that i can do what i want (my goals)but any way i stay motivated by looking at other people bodys how strongs there are and by watching videos of my favorites bodybuilders and i wish one day my goal will become real to me.

Goal (Long):
well the reason i want to do this is because i want to feel proud of myself and comfortable with myself put on a real kool and nice t-shirt without feeling shy or stupid.
no problem! In the meantime, my no.1 advice is love yourself for what you're doing(you could be like most, lazy on couch w potato chips) and no. 2, temptations are so temporary and will pass(I swear)
