After being off creatine for almost 2 years. Thickness lost but strength overall about the same. Starting a slight fatloss routine now to trim up some. SuperPump250 & NO2 Black for 10 days as of this shot. Only 1 day of SizeOn and Lipo-6.

183 pounds. I've been doing a powerlifter routine for almost 3 weeks now, eating more calories and carbs than I was before, weekly weights are going up.
