Overall Goal: A 405lb bench press while staying under 200lbs myself was my last goal before taking time off. I guess I should try for it again. I want that 4th plate.

Goal (Long):
I've always wanted to truly see what my genes are capable of. For years I've had people tell me I have the build to do well, but I've never taken it seriously. Now that I've found a trainer/friend who knows how to truly train a person properly I'm excited to see where this is going to go. Maybe some day competitions is something I'll be able to not only take part in, but do well in as well.
Well tonight kind of sucked. Not a good night of sleep and a crappy diet today resulted in a crappy performance. I'm kind of annoyed with myself right now, but my trainer says not to worry and in a couple weeks I'll be fine. Enough excuses, here is tonigh's craptacular...
So, there's a bit of talk in your profile about "wanting to see what's next" and seeking new challenges and pushing out goals and stuff like that . . . which is the kind of talk a coach (like me) gravitates towards. Then I saw you were here in MA, and I got to ask: have you considered going competitive . . . ? If not, we should talk. There is clearly an athlete in you!
Damn...good back, but your front delts and traps take the cake. It's guys like you that make me wish I was a half a foot shorter...
Keep up the good work!
You're looking amazingly fit!! Just wanted to take the time to say hi and to wish you the best of luck and much success in meeting all your fitness goals. Train Hard!
Thanks for the rep. Your strength is goin' places. I bet if you started deadlifting, you'd get it ahead of your squat poundage in fairly short order. That'll give you complete back power and development. Best of luck, bro.
