In 2004 I signed up for my first century ride. Since then I have become addicted to sports in general and to keep getting better, I keep working out. One of my goals is to try and be a fitness model.
How I Stay Motivated:
Really the endorphins keep me going. But I also feed off the energy of other people in the gym.
I want to improve my cycling abilities and try to be a fitness model.
Goal (Long):
I have a few goals: get better at endurance bike rides, do triathlons and work towards being a fitness model and be healthier in general.
For a few years, I have been doing endurance cycling but would like to get stronger so that I can hang with the big dogs :). Since St Petersburg is virtually a mecca for triathlons, that's one sport I want to pick up. Unfortunately, my swimming sucks right now and I need to pick it up.

Well I haven't taken any other glutamine to compare it to but it is supposed to have some extra stuff in it to make it more complete for muscle recovery. A tub of it lasted me like 3 months it's kind pricy compared to other glutamine. I have no complaints though. I dont know what else you want to know....LOL but ask away.
