hummm, most of the research I've read suggest short rest periods for hypertrophy and reducing bf % (getting cut up). A lot of the guys on this site talk about "pump" and how longer rest periods should be avoided. There is no doubt you have had success though. I just transitioned into 3 lift days (total body) and lots of cardio. I've been mixing up the lift days (some heavy/lots of rest, light/no rest, and a mix of the two).

So when you're in bulking phase do you pretty much each anything you want? I've always wanted to reduce body fat but also put some some muscle. I never know how to diet?

so what about rest periods? I have been trying to do what you say, normally around 12 reps. but the heaver I go the more rest I need. Is that ok to do, resting over 60 seconds?

Yea sure! That'd be awesome. I'm taking a week or so off of superpumps and checking my vitals. I was thinking of trying something new, although superpumps was pretty good stuff. What's the M5 and what does it do?

Steve! Thanks for the meal plan. I'm glad I don't have to give up peanut butter! So I've pretty much just been doing Superpumps before works out and protein shakes after. What's up with all this Cellucor stuff?

Steve! Hey bro, I wanted to do one of your meal plans but not sure how to go about it. I'm about 180 (6'3") but would like to get up to 190-195 in the next six months. Looking to get cut though. Do I need to choose one goal over the other?
