"Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the judgement that something else is more important than fear
Why I Love It:
I guess its selfishness and vanity to be honest. I want to look better, live longer and go harder then anyone else, period.
How I Stay Motivated:
Mainly by the people I meet while working out and training. It does keep me out of trouble and meeting good people.
Well you can certainly get sun and waves here but earning a decent income is difficult because the wages are 3rd world. A better way would be to work for a year or so and save your money then travel and surf....just my 2cents!
Howdy! I like surfing waves around 3-6 ft, sandy bottom, fun yet solid - so Panama is perfect for me. But, Australia still has the most epic amazing surf spots that I still dream of at night......
Yea I've been boarding since I was in elementary school- back when boards were plastic and had one-size-fits-all bindings. Where you Heavenly? Squaw's a blast too, if you have enough time!
Really? I can't Surf and probably need a whole team of folks just to make sure the waves don't carry me out into the pacific when I get into the water..... Heh heh
Yes, short rest periods do influence hypertrophy but if your tryin to go heavy weights with high reps then more rest is encouraged. But that's good that your mixing it up. It's good ta keep switchin it up to shock your body and spark muscle growth. Keep it up!!!
Thanks man. High reps and try to keep your weight as heavy as possible. And most importantly stay ccnsistent with your program and switch it up every now and then.
