Gain weight and get shredded to compete in the near future.
Goal (Long):
After being in cross country for two years, I got tired of working so hard for results I couldn't see in the mirror. I decided I wasn't going to be skinny any longer, and began going to the gym 3 days a week. Within the next 5 to 10 years, I want to be over 200 pounds naturally and have 1 RM of 400 lbs or more for each of the 3 major lifts.
Passover started on Wednesday night, so until next Thursday I'm eating matzah, fruit, matzah, chicken in olive oil, more matzah, charoset, and did I mention matzah? It's not that hard, but I'm curious as to how it will affect my training and my attempts to keep bulking. Time will tell I guess...
hell i didnt put that. it edited it like that. i just put in how much i normally do and how many reps and it computed it to be that for a max. .... so it wasnt me
