i got started lifting because i was sick of being small in High School. so i took a weight lifting class, from there i was hooked.
Why I Love It:
it gives me the ability to change what i look like, its also my stress reliever.
How I Stay Motivated:
i think of all the muscle can be gained or lost depending on if i decide to lift or not.
BB Accomplishments:
Second overall 2006 Kansas State Powerlifting...got beat by a guy we later found out was on steroids, i did however set the state squat record for 140 lb weight class untill the overall winner beat me by five pounds...

K-State, huh? I am actually Air National Guard but work as an Action Officer at Tinker Air Force Base. On the Guard side, currently assigned to Aerial Port as a Logistics Readiness Officer. How long 'til you graduate?
well i lift at profitness in aggieville how much is a one day pass at the rec? And i lift from about 6 to about 730 8 o'clock but sometimes i am wiling to do some finaggling with my schedule let me know what times you do and we can make something work
well i will be in manhattan till i graduate which will be a while but i will be goin to barton on post for the first year then i will be transfering into k state
