I started training with my brother in his garage and it became a passion of mine I still keep to this day.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of lifting heavy, heavier than most the guys doing steroids. Its a feeling of accomplishment to know you're putting in enough effort to surpass the guys taking the easy way out.
How I Stay Motivated:
As with anyone, I love a compliment and getting one will usually keep me motivated for quite a while.
BB Accomplishments:
So far, every competition I have trained for has been a disaster. I have managed to get in a car accident and a motorcycle wreck both a week prior to the two different competitions I was planning on doing.
I would like to return to benching 400+ pounds although I don't believe my body can handle that weight any longer. My squat definately needs to improve but with improved form and dedication I believe this will happen quite quickly. I am shooting to reach about 218 pounds then cutting back down to about 210 pounds, this is the weight I look great at.
Well, I was out of the gym due to a C-7 herniation for just shy of a year. I went from a lean 218lbs to a lame 172lbs in that year. I gave up on diet and exercise. I amĀ 9 weeks back in and already 196lbs!! Thank God for muscle memory and tons of peanut butter and oatmeal, add in some kudos...
I took down my cowgirl hat avi..we coulda been country hotties together ;) How are you? Havent heard from ya in a while....Hope you are well, I just got over being sick (was so irritating) but I'm feeling 95.9% back today lol. Take care..ttys? :)
Thanks! I have been working way too much! The weather is just turning here...finally although it has been a bit rainy and cloudy all week. Send sunshine!!!!
Nice overall physique dude... continue to take it slow and you'll rebuild, perhaps not where you were, but hey, everything happens for a reason... at least you didn't blow out something or tear it to shreds... Keep up the great training and stay focused and motivated... You'll get there...
