How I Started:
I've been into athletics since Jr. High.. i took the wrong road in high school and started dipping my fingers into the drug world. It consumed me for about six years and i was nothing but a raging addict. I went as far as being addicted to meth, cocaine, a plethera of pharmecutical narcotics, and massive amounts of marijuana, all in a days use. I cleaned my act up and turned myself in for 150,000$ in felony warrants and yes, went to jail for a while. I was given quite the break! ISP for 3 years and a but load of fines. However, i deserved much worse, but God blessed me with much less. After that i wanted to somehow give back to the community I had taken so much away from.. and i started motivating people to change. At that point i focused on any level, but as my hobby of exercise (trying to get healthy again) developed, it became a raging passion of mine which eventually became my nitch in communicating to people about motivation and change. So here i am now, 5 years later, living my true dream... helping others, encouraging the unencouragable, and guiding people towards hope. That's how i got started.. that's how i'll finish!
Why I Love It:
Weights are a release for me... I'm an adrenaline junky and there's nothing like preparing yourself for a 405lb squat that you're about to attempt for 15 reps. Or, looking straight up a steep ass mountain, and telling yourself, "i can't spring the whole damn thing". Then DOING IT!
How I Stay Motivated:
I think of who i used to be.. that's all it takes.
BB Accomplishments:
Not much yet, just personal satisfaction.. more than anything praise from Terry Baldwin, All natural bad ass - and his comments of "you get lean enough, no one will beat you". That's an accomplishment to me alone!

Main Goal:

Goal (Long):
I've always been somewhat genetically blessed. My muscles grow symetrical and round. I'm pretty much all fast twitch! I was a sprinter all my life and was pretty successful at it.. then i just kept getting bigger. Unfortunately i didn't have any guidence as to how to train properly in order to get "bigger, stronger, faster", sound familiar? That's what i do now, teach others how to do that. I've dedicated my life to research and application within the fitness industry. My own goals moreso are to aid in others abilities and knowledge, however i'd love to be able to conquer my pro card in the NGA and perhaps win a few shows as a pro. Then perhaps even the NPC, however i'm ANTI JUICE, so it may be difficult being most of those cats have testes like raisins. Too bad for them!
