Goals:
Main Goal: Lose Fat
Goal (Short): My next goal is to maintain my weight while getting down to 10-12%bf by July 4th.
Goal (Long): Another challenge is under my belt. I had a total change of 36% in 12 weeks. I lost 18# of bodyfat and gained 9# of muscle in 12 weeks. My goal for July 4th is to be at or less than 12% BF. I'll continue training. I want to do a Pump and Run in June, the Toughest Competitor Alive in August, and my IronCop Triathlon in October.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%

I did 15 mins of jump rope, 15 mins static bike, and 15 mins treadmill. The jump rope just kills my arches when I'm up on my toes. 200 crunches after that until I cramped up.

To my knowledge I am still in set to go in , in June. The detective that I talked to told me about the cut in the class and said I would be at the top of my class when I started in June. One of the things I really need to focus on is my running, pushups aren't an issue but the running is.. thanks for wishin me good luck man! What area of town are you workin in?

Appreciate it man! Most people have know idea what its like to go through something like GAD. I have been feeling better for a about a month and a half now. I do a variation of the rippetoe program, and have found that the hardcore total body strength training really makes me feel good. Also, feels great to have supporters like yourself! Thanks!!!
