Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): I want to Lose 25 pounds of fat. I want to Bench 300 and Leg Press 1000. I want to add strength while losing Body Fat. Become the Starter next season. Decrease my 40 yard dash time by .5 seconds
Goal (Long): I currently am too weak to be a starting football player with hard work and deication I know I have the abilities to become a 4 year starter. My competition is working hard and in order to suceed I have to work harder. I want to watch my calorie intake and to push myself everyday in the gym. Strengthwise I dont want to be embarrassed of my weak chest and I want to develop a "wow" factor everytime I walk into the gym and step on the field!!
