Thanks! It's all healed, got to play the last half of the volleyball season. It bothers me a little bit sometimes but much better

haha you trying to kill me or something?! I guess I should set my goals high, right? I'm not a very good swimmer that's the problem. I have thought about trying some type of triathlon though

haha no!! I would consider doing a couple more halfs and maybe one full marathon but no more then that!! lol

yeah it hit me later that night...my knees wouldn't let me do a whole lot...but now I'm back to lifting and doing my plyos :)

half marathon went well!! I didn't know what to expect, just kinda hoped for 10 minute miles but I shattered that...ran a 1:58, I was happy with that, but I basically sprinted the whole last mile...had too much left at the end; I was afraid of going too fast too early, but now I know :)

Hey!! Well since the weather's been nice I've gotten outside more, so that's nice but I forgot how much harder it is outside...I think I'm ready though, since it's the first one I'm not really trying for a time, just to push myself as hard as I can. I haven't measured my vertical but have been workin plyos into my workouts...hitting those and sprints alot harder though after this half marathon is over. How have things been going with you?

things are going well. I've been super busy with school and coach and volleyball but getting my weights and my runs done. My half marathon is coming up so fast! How's things on your end going?

well I don't really know what kind of time to shoot for...right now I am running 10 minute miles for my long runs, with some pick up the last mile or two

yes I have been...I found a 10 week program on runnersworld.com and am using that...I was excited, I ran 10 miles last sunday without any walking breaks...on the treadmill of course tho, can't wait till it gets warm for good so I can run outside

hey thanks!! well I'm running my first half marathon in May so I've been training for that and then I also play volleyball for my school so lifting and conditioning for that....but mainly for myself, wanna look good this summer :)
