How I Started:
Always have had a passion/obsession with working out. Played volleyball, basketball and track throughout highschool and play volleyball now for my college.
Why I Love It:
How it makes me feel is what drives my life. If I don't get up early to workout first thing, I usually have a bad day and just feel really depressed. It gives me energy and helps me clear my head and plus it gets rid of stress, who wouldn't love that?
How I Stay Motivated:
I listen to my music really loud and I set goals and sign up for races.

Well let me know how the run goes! I might try and run one sometime in the future. Things are going well over hear. Couple more weeks and I'll be graduating so just taking care of that. Track has been going well too, trying to finish my career strong and have fun :)
