So, my jaw has been healed for a while now and I've been working out and running. I've only gained back 5lbs, but I'm maintaining good muscle mass and deffination as well as strength for my wieght. Thanks for all the words of encouragement and advice
Next year, I want to compete in the 2010 Palmetto Cup, or the SC State NPC Championships. Then I want to go and WIN the NAS LW Masters National Championship in Strongman. Whew! I got my work cut out for me!
I want to maintain a lean - hard - thick- tight muslce body - and also do a photo shoot for a Fitness Magazine... work as a Fitness Model, and compete in Fitness/Physique Modeling competitions!
Get rid of most the fat and put on some serious muscle. I would like to weigh about 190 at 10% bf within the next 2 years. I would like to develop a rogram for myself that is intense but give nice results.
