my dad he took me to the gym when i was around 12-13 and ever since then i couldnt put the weights down
Why I Love It:
i love the feeling the day after it means your actually doing something instead of like everyone else. Also, because i feel different from everyone else. Where i live the kids dont really workout they mostly gang-bang.
How I Stay Motivated:
So i can defend myself and for sports. Also, when i was younger i was fat and i would get mad fun of so that helped motivate me.and right now i stay motivated for my girlfriend i just want to make her proud of me instead of some guys are fat and have a beautiful g/f i dont know how the girls do it
BB Accomplishments:
um...i put on about 40pds. to my bench press in a short pd. of time and i dont really know how??? i was really fat at one point and lost the weight!!
yeah man i dont think you need that stuff, at our age we dont put on a lot of fat if we are active, you should hold off on that stuff for a while, just do sum cardio it will hav the same affect
leg raises 2x30
Bicycles 2x50
ab twists (25 pound plate) 2x15
stomach vacuums 3x 40seconds
planks/elbow bridges as long as I can
do this once or twice a week.
but even with this, abs are made in the kitchen! its like 50% diet 40% exercise 10% genetics
any time , its decent it works out good but your body gets used to it kinda fast so only take it on workout days and dont take it with cardio . i'm going to try purle wraath ive herd thats good
