After running 10 miles in the blazing sun nothing else can really bother you. After a burning core workout anything else that you do that day will feel like a reward. Fantastic midsection there dude. Now you can put more of that effort into your pecs, lats. traps, and delts. Not that you dont look great, it's just time to grow after you've become so ripped. At 6'2 and 175+, you're gonna be amazing. btw, you're not a kid anymore.

Whats up Kid? Actually you really have a real good physique. You have very nice definition and muscle tone. Abs are mad sweet sick, with a vascular on it. Good swole chest. You have some real good potential of being a beast, but you have already done an awesome job and look great. So keep up that great work. Nice job Kid.
