Reason: This guy went from almost 250 down to 155 and looks ripped. This wasn't some 3 month change but over a year of work. That's a true change. He stuck with it. Anytime I think about the 4 months to lose 20 lbs and how hard that was, I'll remember this guy and stick with it.
Reason: The natural bodybuilder's role model. That's all I have to say. I read his articles, watch his videos. When it comes to advice you can always trust a bodybuilder with a doctorate degree.
