Hey man I'm training to gain some mass / muscles and wanted some advice. I'm in the colorado group so I thought you'd be able to help. Recommend any gainers? Whats your diet?

Well I thought you adding sugar to your cereal. Sorry lol. That should be fine, but a better way to go would be plain oatmeal with fresh blueberries. Depending on the cereal you never how much extra unhealthy ingredients they might have. Hope that helps some!

Search the articles on bodyspace. I was around 185lbs when I started losing weight. I'm a little taller than you, but here's my sample : around 1800 - 2000 calories. 215 g protein, 150 g carbs (only at breakfast and post workout - meat and veggies otherwise). 29 g of essential fats. I can explain more if you want, but key is to keep learning. Keep carbs limited only breakfast and post workout. Meals should be meat and veggies for the most part.
