I bought the book 'More Muscle' by Ken Sprague, read it in one weekend and I've been hooked since.
Why I Love It:
It's an ongoing challenge, keeps me healthy and a little attention never hurt anyone!
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm in it for good, I'm addicted so the motivation is always there.
BB Accomplishments:
I've been doing a lot of high rep training, so I have a few strength feats I'm proud of:
Dumbell shoulder press - 100lb X 23
- 90lb X 30
Incline dumbell press - 125lb x 20
70lb x 50
Behind the neck press - 235lb x 18
145lb x 50
Chins - 30+ reps (wide grip) @ 220lbs.
Deadlift - 415 x 10 (with no bouncing)
Dips - 50 reps
20 reps w/90lbs extra
All with good form and all FULL reps.
I started off as a 140 pound 14 year old and then went up to 245. Ideally I would like to be a ripped 200-210 without drugs. In the last year my bodyfat has gone down, slowly but surely at least 5% and I want it to be at most 10% all year round.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 lb
