Chest, Tri's and cardio HIIT (usually run and jog) will start doing Burpee's and Bears soon.

Tues
Back, Bi's and Abs

Wed
Cardio HIIT (spin class)

Thurs
Legs, calves and Abs

Fri
Shoulders, traps and HIIT (usually run and jog)will start doing Burpee's and Bears soon.

Summer time I supplement a workout with intense 2-3 hours of crosscountry Mountain Biking and go for a second time either Saturday or Sunday.
