My Workout Program
Every day I'm doing a different workout that is posted on crossfit.com. Three days a week I supplement those workouts with a heavy lift, either squat, deadlift, bench press, or shoulder press. Another two days a week I supplement the workout with another met-con, ideally couple hours later.
