I played football and we started lifting in the winter through the BFS program; from there on I became interested to workout for my sports etc.
Why I Love It:
To Better Myself, get better, bigger, faster, stronger and stay healthy! It is a great hobby and can help you revitalize your mind and body after a long day etc.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a great focus and love working out to meet future goals.
