Kitjai26 Thanks for your reply! :) I was wondering because I was looking at all these supplements. One brand bottle ingredient label says "glutamine" and the other brand has "L-glutamine". After awhile I just started wondering more about the specifics. Not a big deal either way, but it just got the better of my curiousity. Thanks again, and you look great! Keep up the great work!
