How I Started:
It started out as a way to get bigger for sports and from there it took off
Why I Love It:
Working out is one to get me away from the world, can't hear, don't see, and don't feel anything outside of the gym when i am working out
How I Stay Motivated:
During the workout to stay motivated i have my headphones on blast heavy music and stay in the zone and keep a serious look on my face that way no one really bothers me
BB Accomplishments:
i am a powerlifter and not a bodybuiler but my accomplishments with that over bench over 500 and working my way to 550 and then 600

Training going pretty good getting over a few minor dings and stuff, but I should be moving back up to some heavy weight soon. I'm kinda new to pure power training - hopefully I can get a handle on it and move some serious weights in the future!
