That is awesome keep up the great work!!! Do you think you will reach your goals for the year? I think I will with my legs I just have to be very disciplined which i am doing good right now thank goodness!

I have been a aslacker on the photos...I was not on track through July but right now I am doing great with my legs.

hahahah hey you neveer know!! COULD HAVE BEEN ME! We have been on some vacations this month but we are back into the gym as normal again and i feel like i am starting back at one again!

so far i am gaining strength all around but i switched it up again this week. I wasnt eating enough so had to revamp the diet and workout. I pushed up 500 on leg press for a set of 5 so not too shabby

awesome good job...yeah one day i am doing low reps heavy and a second day is my detail legs doing low weight high reps and seems to be working great

Yes it does a long time and i am trying to drop weight too because i gained after surgery and its so hard to get rid of it. pure strength??? How would i got about doing that?> I guess I am just so use to do doing legs for shape and size...

congrats!!! I am getting there, my upper body is coming along real well but the legs and taking forever to get back into shape due to my surgery. I will get there though

I use it 3 times a day and there is a scooper in the bag that I use.

I just had a scope for taking out part of my meniscus but this is the 3rd one. First one was my acl, 2nd was a scope and this was a scope....each time its worse to recover from.

doing good...getting back into everything hard since my surgery....got to drop back to 150 and then ultimate goal is 140

Dont blame you! Time to get ready for beach season!!! Thats what Michael has started to do as well. He has gained 4 lbs of muscle last week and lost weight on his stomach so hes pumped!

Anytime!!! How have you been? Getting pumped up?!?! I have trying to get back into the swing of things since my knee surgery its been on and off, this week i should be back to my normal work schedule and workout and should be good to go

Thank you! I think they are the easiest part of my body to build. I can only do 2 reps at my max bench. I dont do my max for squats anymore because i had my 3rd knee surgery so I will just keep doing a lower weight lots of reps.
