I have played sports my whole life (basketball, volleyball and softball), I played college volleyball for 2 years where i injured my knee and thats when I started to slack off on working out. I finally just got tired of what I had become and started right back into the gym working out and changed my whole diet.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel, or the comments people make about how good you look, or how you have changed.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just keep thinking about the scale dropping, or my cloths fitting looser and my definition in my body being more pronounced....when i look back at old pictures...i can then say thats why i do this.
