Always worked out so I didn't have to be the little guy on the football field. Some habits become permanent.
Why I Love It:
Great stress relief and I love the rush I get from a good workout.

1 to 3 min depending on intensity
How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Depends on what period I'm in. It could range from 3-5 to 8-15. Strength or toning
