This is what I do to figure out my carbohydrates. I multiply my bodyweight by 0.8 and that will give me the total grams of carbs needed per day. Divide that number by 3 and that equals the amount of carbohydrate grams I have for my pre-workout meal and on my post workout meal.

Thanks.. I sort of got a little off track with some summer fun..BBQ is a weakness..Adding some additional cardio has helped get me at least headed in the right direction.

Great progress pics! How much cardio do you include in your workouts? I am trying to figure out the best balance between weights and cardio? I had a friend ragging me that I have only been doing cardio once a week.
