Yes, I know you are and I really do appreciate it. The diet is interesting. I haven't shown any signs of losing more weight than what I already had, but my pants aren't fitting the same and my shirts kind of feel big on me. I did lose 2" in the chest and 1" in the hips. So I'm thinning a little bit apparently but it hasn't shown any pounds lost yet. (???) Hope you have been feeling well and that life is great for you. Tim

Great Rip.. thanks for asking. I am adjusting to lighter KB's in light of recent research indicating what type of exercising works best for my particular body type. It's a theory I am testing out. I workout at 4am and I have to say the lighter weights at that hour is most welcome. Ha! Your profile pic is looking great. I get really excited about losing excess BF when I come across pics like yours. Great job. Have a good one!

CHICKEN TUNA-SUPER CRIME FIGHTER! Bad guys become paralyzed by her fabulous physique and are easily captured and hauled away to the slammer. (She only carries the guns because, well, it just really looks hot!) : )

Hi.. thanks for the add. I hope your eating clean plan is working for you. I just started doing the same yesterday. Got to stay away from those foods that seem to trigger my cravings and appetite. It should be an adventure since they are all the foods I love to eat! Ha! Of course. One day at a time! Thanks again.

Thanks for checking in! Workouts are staying on track. Eating however is my challenge. And I know it's at least 50% of my success. Probably more. I've been writing about my fight with food in my blog the last couple of days. Check it out if you're interested.

Hey Steph... here to give you a cheer this morning. No particular reason other than a cheer, for the sake of a cheer, is a great thing to get out of the blue sometimes. Hope your game is on today. Mine is a little shaky but getting better by the minute. Have a great one!!! Win the day! Tim

Hey Button... here to cheer you on this morning. Hope the focus on your goals is sharp today. Mine's alright, but it's feeling like too much of a struggle. This needs to get more normal and feel easier. Know what I mean? Keep it up. Win the day! Tim

Sarah... I understand the struggle you mention with eating. What is that? Why is that? My theory, I don't understand the true purpose of food. I know it's there to nourish the body. But I think maybe it's also a bit like a drug to me to make me "feel better". But like most drugs that are suppose to make tyou feel better... in the long run, it doesn't. Tim
