This is a work in progress. I've decided I need a change and have started to commit to that. Some great things people have told me about. --FitDay.com (great website for logging your food intake and keeping track of your calories --www.bodybuilding.com/fun/bmr_calculator.htm is a BMR calculator listed on bodybuilding.com. --www.healthcentral.com/cholest...-2774-143.html calculates your lean body mass (what you weigh if you had ZERO fat on your body)

Taken from forum...how to loose weight and be fit!
You only have to follow three simple rules:

- Workout 3 times a week with weights.
- Eat 1g protein / lb lean body mass.
- Reduce calories to lose 1-2 lbs / week.
