My Motivation Program

Well I have not yet found something that really works. One thing that I think of is every day that Im not in the gym someone is and getting stronger than me. It doesnt always work...LOL

I had a Liver transplant in Feb. 2007. I was forced to stay home and recover. During the recovery I was on Prednisone (steriod) and a lot of it. With all those meds in me and forced to stay home I was hungry all the time. I ate JUNK JUNK JUNK. Going in the surgery I was a sickly 140. 4 months later I was 180 pounds. I looked in the mirror one day and for the first time in my life it looked like I had man boobs. I was pissed but still could not do anything. Here it is 2011 and I finally joined a gym and will see my abs again damit!!!!!

baliwguy i ended up buying some calipers from this site, it came with instructions and stuff. took 3 measurments added them up and matched them on a wheel and gave me the magic number lol, im 30% :-S Jan 5, 2012 7:52pm

323CoachT Hey man, congrats on getting started with Kris's 12 week program! It's awesome. As a Coach I knew what to do but I just wanted someone to tell me for once! Gethin's videos did just that! DeepElement You've improved a lot since you first began, so great job! The only advise I can give regarding the chip addiction...LOL Is ( and this sounds insane but actually works) Open the bag of chips and just sniff it repeatedly for 30 to 60 seconds, then put the bag down and walk away. Your nose sends the same signals to your brain as your taste buds do, so you'll still feel satisfied even though you've only smelt them! Have a great week at work and be safe out there!
