Currently in off season and have increased my calorie intake to 16-1800 cals per day. Eating lots of ground turkey breast and chicken breast, complex carbs like sweet potatoes and black rice and oatmeal, veggies like broccoli, asparagus and spinach, and I love fruit - definitely get my apple a day!
