Completed Gethin 12 Week Trainer

Wrapped up the 12 week Gethin Trainer last week and I can honestly say I enjoyed it so much that I am disappointed that it is over.  The program has helped me feel better than I ever have.  Good health, good energy.


The most valuable lessons I learned were, how much potential I really had and the power of taking things one day at a time.  Looking ahead 12 weeks or longer can be a bit overwhelming.  The idea that I could stick to an eating plan for that long did not seem possible.  However, as I approached it one day at a time I was able to make it throu

Progress so far has been better than anticipated.  Still have some goals I would like to reach so I am going to have to hit it hard and be extra disciplined these last 5 weeks.


It is a challenge to get it on the meals on time, but the days I do, I can feel a real difference and the cravings are much easier to ignore.


Have been good and steady on the workouts but want to really push it for this last stretch.

Sticking To It

4 weeks into the 12 week Gethin transformation and still loving it.  Sticking to the diet is not the easiest thing to do but I just keep telling myself that I only have 12 weeks to make a significant transformation so every day counts.


Workouts are great, I can feel stronger and see some of the results already.  Looking forward to see what another 4 weeks brings!


My goal is to take it one day at a time and to eat as clean as possible.  With no travel on my schedule getting the workouts in will not be a problem.
