How I Started:	i was on the high school track and volleyball team so i stayed pretty fit up untill i had my first child. then i got back into shape, and got pregnant again. now im trying to get back into the physical fitness game
Why I Love It:	i love the energy i get from working out. it makes me feel great about myself
