i was on the high school track and volleyball team so i stayed pretty fit up untill i had my first child. then i got back into shape, and got pregnant again. now im trying to get back into the physical fitness game

i love the energy i get from working out. it makes me feel great about myself

i TRY to stay motivated by old pics of me before the kids. pic of women i would want to look like, and my husband

starting month of October im going to take clean eating serious. Before, i was trying but not hard. I would eat clean most of the time, but then i would find myself at the vending machine getting some chocolate. I was eating junk food on a daily, but i still saw some results, nothing major....

the hydroxycut was not for me. it mad me feel ill, very jittery and would never take it again. But i'm tring something new, and i hope this works.

1hr cardio and a gallon water daily...you will definitely see a difference, especially if the diet is clean!! Let me know how it goes!!
