At this point, I was extremely depressed. It was February 2006 and Michigan is not exactely warm that time of year. I made a lot of excuses not to treat myself very well and did yoga occasionally. Even though I haven't taken weight lifting as seriously as I should have, there are some major differences - in this picture - no muscle (see how little my legs are, but how my tummy protrudes more), lots of bodyfat. Still have trouble losing the tummy, but I'm coming along and WILL have abs someday.

I'm lifting heavier weights, but not noticing any major changes in my arms. Still quite a bit of bodyfat.

145 lbs. yuck. I want to lose some of this fat of my body so badly. Plan of action? Clean up my diet quite a bit (no more snacking, no more natty PB...a major binge food for me...which is horrible being that it is very high in calories)

Haven't lost any weight in a month (well...a single pound)...maybe a little fat, but I don't know. Still, some progress since starting! I'm frustrated at this point...I've come to that fabulous plateau and unfortunately I don't have too much flexibility due to low calories...ideas appreciated

Happy with my shoulder development, but the tummy just doesn't want to go :(. Oh well, I figure it's going to be the last thing to go anyway so I'm trying not to worry about it as much.
