My legs need so much work. Going to start running the bleachers and doing sprints.
|
Definition in left delts better than right, so going to continue with extra sets on right. I am pleased with progress in legs. Not a whole lot of definition right now, but overall conditioning is OK. I think when I am leaned out there will be enough muscle to actually flex (b/c we all know, FAT DON'T FLEX!).

I really wish that I had more development in my lats. This is such a difficult pose. I really feel that if I had more development, the pose would look much nicer. Pull-ups, here I come!

So here we go again. I have been eating high carbs for past 2 months in hopes of putting on whatever muscle I can. Yes they were good, but look at the bootie now!
Now its time to start the lean out process again for competition in November.

Lost the little bit of ab definition that I was starting to see after I had 3 days of bad dieting with lots of simple carbs and fat. Back on track now, so hopefully things will be looking better by the wekend.

Because of nerve compression in my C-Spine, my right shoulder is slightly flexed anteriorly. I've been working to strengthen my posterior delt, so hopefully in time the symmetry will get better in my back pose. Definitely going to spend some time with a posing coach before competing next year.

Left side Profile...not too bad. Lower tummy pouch will decrease with time, so I'm not too worried.
