How I Started:
I first discovered my interest in lifting in high school when i realized i could lift more than all the girls in my weights class, and could squat more than the boys. After that, it was an on-and-off hobby that I did. I put away the weights for a few years and just ran here and there. I didn't get real serious about it until I was invited to do an unofficial bodybuilding competition with some friends, it was then that I remembered how much I loved lifting and was inspired to learn more about the sport.
Why I Love It:
It sets me apart, it puts me in a different class, and best of all it is going to benefit me 10 fold.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror, and I guess I just have this image burned in my mind, and I can't stop 'till I achieve that...and even then, I'll keep going.
Oh, and I also stay motivated by the old crippled people and obese people who come to the restaurant I work at, I refuse to let my body go either of those directions at ANY point in my life.

Goal (Long):
I've got some serious ass whoopin to do this fall, and I'm gonna do it!!! I'm 2 weeks in to my 16 week prep, and I'm batting 1000 thus far!!! No one gets in the way of a Landrus when they get focused, seriously, just watch out....

So, I've been looking through my pictures on here and OMG, I really look fat compared to what I look like now!!!! I have dropped SOOOO much!!! And not fat conventionally speaking, but in comparison, my body fat was WAY higher when I took these pics, and to think I thought I looked good then!!!...
Thanks :)! Yeah, injuries do suck. I've been getting more injuries this year than any other year I've played. I remember when you had your surgery, that was the last time I talked to you when you were starting back to the gym. I can't wait to get back into it too!
Haha, I know, just giving ya a hard time. I'm doing pretty good. Well, hopefully anyway. Everytime I say I'm doing great I end up pulling a muscle or hurting a joint lol. Other than that, I'm doing great. I've been training decent lately, but ready to step it up now that I'm fully recovered :). I can't wait to see better results soon :D!
Hey! It's going ok here. Nursing a pulled quad that I've had for a month now. I haven't let it heal like I should, but I'm taking it easy now. So are you excited about your competition in September? What all have you been up to? I've not been up to much. Just working and softball.
