How I Started:
Weight-lifting gave me meaning to a better way to live. Not my x-wife, she is a thorn in my life. I have a daughter by her. My x-wife is the true meaning of a witch, A.A. and N.A. helped me see that. Now I can ride my HD bike, take my boat out, go camping or hang out w/my brother or frieands in Montgomery County Maryland, or my cabin in PA.. I don't need my x-wife now, I have my hand to do it by my self and go sound to sleep. DO YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN VERN?
Why I Love It:
Get bigger muscles, It's fun lifting-weights, I don't want to hurry it. That itself is a poisonous twentleth-century attitude. When you want to hurry something, that mean you no longer care about it and want to get on to other things. to be true to my self. Honestly weight training boosts my testosterone,w/increased testosterone, helps increases muscle mass and your sex life. Helps stay sexually active (safe-sex or by-your-self). Sex increases testosterone,also use it or lose it.
