When I Started:
Jan, 2008
How I Started:
When i noticed my self getting to much body fat. i always said i wouldn't let my self get fat and i saw it coming. so that is what motivates me every day in the gym
Why I Love It:
its a great way to releave stress and you are able to transform your body in to an amazing machine
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing fat slobs everyday. also seeing people who are bigger and stronger than me.
just got home from the gym. had one of the worst workouts ever. i had no energy and my strength was horrible. i did a half ass back and ab workout. i didnt even attempt tri's. i decided to cut my loss and go home. ill work my tri's tomarrow with shoulders. i need to work past weak moments...
major changes seen. your chest far more shapely and just look at your mid section in your first pic to now.... doing great it doesn't happen over night.
You don't look horrible at all buddy, in fact I can see a lot of difference in the two pics. I have been training for 5 weeks now, wanting to lose the 14 stone of crap I was carrying, and I can see a difference week by week. I train arms one day, legs the next, then back, then shoulders. I don't try to do too much at once, and always warm up before hand. Keep at it bud. Eat sensibly and train properly. Good form, not too heavy. Steve
since the photos are from different distances its hard to gauge somethings, but what I noticed was a tighter upper abdomen and chest. remember to try and take your photos at the same place and same distances this way you'll accurately see what your body is doing.
